I like the cool facade colour and how it makes the whole property look unified. The key floor plan change is how the kitchen island has been repositioned and renovated to create an exciting place to cook, eat and entertain. They also flow better to the outside decking. I also like how some of the exposed brick has been plastered and kept a neutral colour. I think the property has also been styled nicely such as the outdoor fire pit area.
