The site at 45 Jenolan Ave was originally purchased for $1,218,000 in March 2019.
45 Jenolan Ave, being 1 of the 3 lots was then fully renovated and sold for $1,200,000 in March 2021.
52 McDonald St and what looks like 54 McDonald St were subdivided and built.
52 McDonald St being the 2nd of 3 lots with a luxury new residence was just sold for $1,460,000 by Darcy Lord of Belle.
I like how the the outdoor area flows from the inside of 52 McDonald St and the rooftop terrace views are fantastic.
