The development achieved approval in 2016 for 4 x 3 bedroom townhouses.

The land was originally purchased for $695,000 in May 2016.

Infrastructure charges were $84,000 for the site according to council documents.

7 Hamson Terrace hasn’t sold.

9 Hamson Terrace sold for $710,000 in November 2017.

11 Hamson Terrace sold for $690,000 in December 2017.

3 Dalziel St sold for $811,000 by Narelle Lorensen and Liam Roach of Place.

I really like the modern style of the townhouses. Light exposed wood contrasted against dark and light cabinets. I like the kitchen and bedside down lights. The bathroom dark and white colour palette creates a very modern vibe.
