A 3 lot subdivision in Brisbane on 1,214m2 of land in Low Density Residential zoning.
The site was originally purchased for $940,000 in May 2017.
60A Fawkner sold for $1,175,000 in February 2020.
60 Fawkner sold for $1,105,000 by Emil Juresic and Leo Liu of NGU.
I find it interesting how originally there was a house on large land which has been divided into 3 smaller lots that accomodate 5 bedroom houses each. The open plan layout of the new houses against the original houses are one key difference in how people live nowadays, with limited maintenance in the rear.
