The approval seemed to have occurred in 2017 for 2 x 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and lock up garage properties.

According to council estimates the cost to construct was $480,000 for the properties.

These costs can often be much higher.

This duplex sold for $680,000 by Nick Bordin and Michael King of Elders.

I like the facade, internal finishes such as flooring, carpets and styling.
