Sold for $1,160,000 by Joe Horton and Truc Nguyen of Nelson Alexander.

I particularly like how spaces throughout the house have been maximised and utilised. I also like the use of natural light through the large skylight and mix of exposed brick, marble, wood and hints of dark tones.
