According to the council website construction was estimated at $430,000 in 2015.

These estimated construction figures can often be lower than the final figure.

Sold for $2,800,000 by Carol Witheriff and Nick Witheriff of LJ Hooker.

I really like the Hamptons inspired house design. The kitchen and pool area are fantastic and the styling throughout has been well put together. It’s also right by the beach.
