According to council documents the site is just over 650m2 (which complies with minimum lot size of 550m2), is rectangular in shape, complies with maximum FSR of 55%, in R2 zoning and each dwelling has a minimum of 6m x 6m open space.

The cost of the project was estimated at $681,000.

These costs can often be underestimated.

I like the height of the ceilings in the living space which flows to the pool area.
