I really like this property built in circa 1900 which has undergone renovation over the years.

Originally purchased in July 2000 for $293,000.

It shows how 100+ year old properties can easily house a modern interior.

If I was to be critical of anything, I would have would re-configured the kitchen location in the L-design from the current position to the back of the bathroom wall.

Then I would have knocked down the wall which houses the gas fireplace to create a proper open plan living space.

Yes, getting rid of a beautiful fireplace is not ideal. In my opinion an open plan living space makes such a difference.
