I would estimate construction with the pool at around $330,000.
The first subdivided house just sold for $1,186,000 by Will Torres of Torres Property.
If the second house can achieve a similar sales figure to the first, then I would estimate a potential profit above $500,000 without taking stamp duty, holding costs, DA costs and agents commission into consideration.
I think the house design is beautiful and embraces modern living to the finest. I’m a big fan of this build and project.
