Originally purchased for $1,500,000 in March 2017.

The old house had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and DLUG. The new house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and DLUG.

Sold for $2,230,000 by Stefon Bertram and Ethan Hawkins of McGrath.

I think the new house is more practical, much more modern and generally nicer. But it’s hard not to argue the old house was pretty cool.
