A colonial sandstone house from the mid 1800’s in Inner Sydney.

Originally purchased for $134,000 in February 1991.

Sold for $1,010,000 by Duncan Gordon and Michael Wyatt of Raine and Horne.

I like the sandstone facade. I think it’s interesting to see this house design, compared to many new house designs of today i.e. paired back to basics vs grande scale. I also think this is a great example of how simple staging and photos taken to accentuate the room elevates the houses presentation.
