The site was originally purchased for $1,335,000 in May 2017.

The other house (presumably at 3 Parkview Place) doesn’t seem to have sold yet.

3a Parkview Place sold for $1,700,000 by Theo Politis and Belinda McDiarmid of Barry Plant.

I like the wooden cladding against the white facade, open plan living space and TV area.
